Dr. Lewis's talks often lead to repeat invitations.  He has spoken at six Euromoney/Institutional Investor events; four annual meetings of the World Economic Forum, in Davos, Switzerland; several Business Week events in Asia, Europe, and the U.S.; three Economist programs, and two major Fortune conferences.
